Envy Nail Supply understands that returning products is a part of doing business on the internet. Below please read carefully our simple and easy process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
To return items purchased from Envy Nail Supply, you may either bring the item to our retail location with your receipt and our customer service representatives will be happy to help you, or you can follow the instructions below. Exception: To return items that were delivered by freight please call 08008611798
- Items must within 30 days of shipment
- All items must be in the original packaging, and in good condition.
- Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.
Some items are not able to be returned including:
Clearance items or discontinued items
- Items with broken product seals
- Items that are subject to Manufacture's Return Policy or Warranty
- Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
- Custom order or drop ship special order items which include all pedicure spas and furniture
- Nail polish, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits or used acrylic and liquid.
ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, OR INCORRECT
If you return an item that is defective, is not the item you ordered, or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item in the store or online.
Envy Nail Supply will except exchanges to items purchased online. Please send the item back to address below. Upon inspection, we will issue a credit towards a purchase of your next item. Customer is subject to any associated shipping charges.
A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories. The restocking fee charges are:
- We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. A 25% fee may be charged upon inspection. Customer is responsible for 2-way shipping charges.
- 30% for Special Order Products, including salon furniture, pedicure chairs & other heavy equipment. We suggest you finalized on equipment before making your purchase. Large equipment requires special packing prior to being shipped. If you do not have the necessary supplies or equipment to pack and ship these items back in a safe condition then you may that this into consideration before you purchase.
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS & BUNDLES
Envy Nail Supply occasionally offers promotional items, free goods or discounts with a purchase a single item or product bundle of multiple items purchased together.
- When a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item is deducted from the refund amount. For instance, if you purchase a DND Dual Matching Gel set and get 50% off a second set, the total value of the second set would be subtracted from the refund.
- When an item included as part of a promotional bundle is returned, the bundled discount is void and the value of the bundled discount will be applied to the refund. This occasionally results in additional funds being owed to Envy Nail Supply. For instance, if you receive £90. in savings when you purchase an LED lamp and 6 gel polish together and you return either item, the £90. amount will be subtracted from your refund.
TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Please remove all personal data (e.g. computer or wireless phone data) from any returned products. Envy Nail Supply is not responsible for any personal data left on or in a returned product. Email us if you have any questions about removing information from your device.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
